Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese
Sweet, savory, and creamy—perfect bite-sized treats.
INGREDIENTS (serves 12–16):
12 Medjool dates, pitted
4 oz goat cheese
6 slices of bacon, cut in half
toothpicks
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice each date lengthwise (but don’t cut all the way through) and stuff with about 1 teaspoon of goat cheese.
Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and golden.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
Mini Caprese Skewers
Fresh, colorful, and drizzled with balsamic glaze—a light, festive bite.
INGREDIENTS (serves 12–16):
12 cherry tomatoes
12 small mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
12 fresh basil leaves
1–2 tbsp balsamic glaze
12–16 small skewers or toothpicks
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: drizzle of olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball. Repeat until all skewers are assembled.
Arrange on a serving platter.
Lightly season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze (and olive oil if desired).
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
